Videos

We collected high resolution video data from over 60 animals, 16 hours per animal from ZT10 to ZT2. Our goal is to provide our raw video data to the scientific community to encourage exploration of the dataset. The data we generated is distinct from previously published datasets. We utilize a side-view approach rather than a top view. This enables us to capture finer movements of the overall pose of the fly. As this dataset is relatively large, please contact us if you are interested.

DeepLabCut Model

Our custom trained DeepLabCut (DLC) model to perform pose estimation can be found here.

Behavioral Predictions

Predictions from 61 flies can be found here. Each ‘.csv’ file contains per frame prediction for each behavior. Sum of these predictions are equal to 1. basty ran twice on the DeepLabCut outputs with slightly different settings to predict “Haltere Switch” behavior seperately. Data presented in the preprint is the combination of the two runs.
